Good buying experience with a reliable car and responsive service

I purchased a 10-year-old Toyota Yaris a few months ago, and it has been performing well without any issues. The dealership responded promptly to my request to view the car and was patient and thorough in answering my questions during the viewing and test drive. Although they couldn't offer a lower price due to the cost of refurbishing key components, I’m pleased that the car matched the advertisement perfectly. After two months of driving, I had the car fully serviced by Toyota, and the report came back clean. The dealer has also been responsive to my after-sale inquiries, providing documents and offering assistance when needed. I would recommend this trader.

Great guys, the didn’t try lie or hide anything about the car and they were honest about the whole thing. They even sent the service history of the car. Would buy from them again and would recommend.

Great service 10/10 would recommend explaining in detail everything about the car tested all of the settings which work apart from sat navi and Bluetooth and took it for a test drive which went very smoothly overall great experience.

Brilliant

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish I honestly couldn’t fault them. Showed me around the car and explained all the functions as never had a BMW before. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car! Once back from the test drive he let us just look over the car without any rush at all and then once I decided to go through with it we talked about the trade in price for my car which the price offered couldn’t be fairer. The next day we went again to pick up and while the car was being washed they helped me tax the vehicle and went through a thorough check sheet of all the working components so I honestly couldn’t be happier, thank you again.

Highly recommend, really helpful and communicative. Slight teething issue with the car but it was rectified asap with great communication and they dropped the car back after sorting the problem.

Excellent customer service and a great little car

Bought a fiat 500 for my daughter's first car. Mo have an honest description of the car before we decided to pay a deposit and drive the hour to check it out. Car was as described including a couple of marks on it. Car was health checked before with all the paperwork to prove it. Really pleased with the car, Mo was excellent to deal with as was his son and colleague.

It was a pleasure dealing with the seller. The car was in excellent condition and matched the description perfectly. Communication was professional and easy. Highly recommended!

I bought a Honda civic from Mirador. There was no hard sell and the car was immaculate inside and out. Everything they promised they fulfilled. All paperwork was as advertised and the deal was done in a very short time. I thoroughly recommend Miador from my experience.

Friendly family run business with good service. I was given the opportunity to fully test drive the vehicle and the car was in excellent condition. The management certainly know their cars. They performed a full technical functionality review with me before i bought the car, so i knew absolutely everything was in full working order. They even heled me sort out my insurance transfer and taxing the vehicle. Drove home happy. :)

Amazing service very happy customer service I would recommend them to anyone. Really helpful with any information I needed regardless of how many times I called. He even arranged for delivery of the vehicle as collection was the only issue I had due to living so far. The delivery driver was very polite and professional at all times had a great chat and great experience all around. I would also like to add that I paid £20 extra and saw this as I genuinely didn't realise the error and he called me immediately and transferred the extra money straight back. Just Amazing keep up the amazing work.
